Well... That uniforms look pretty similar with this one (though not the same uniform):
I think it's a full dress uniform of a guard unit (maybe). It's hard to say because we can't see details. The emblem on the visor cap could help us but I can't say anything about it...

Girl wearing uniform of Sublocotenent that obviously belonged to her boyfriend/fiance/husband/brother.
Again, what model of the uniform is it?

M1941. This type of epaulettes (shoulder straps) have been established through the High Decree mo. 7 of April, 4, 1941.

And the last one for today - girl in Sublocotenent uniform, model (?)

Air Force. Like this:
I think it's M1923 uniform. From 1911 till 1923, Romanian military pilots did not have a specific uniform. They wore the infantry uniform (infantry officers), artillery uniform (artillery officers), cavalry uniform (cavalry officers) and so on. As far as I know, only from 1923 they wore the visor cap with the emblem of aviation ("pajura aeronauticii" = "aeronautics eagle" or so), khaki color. In early 1925 (High Royal Decree. 327 / 28 ianuarie 1925), uniform aircraft is completed. The tunic shoulder straps will have different colours, to distinguish the specialty: blue sky for aviation units, brown for aerostatic units (brown was the colour of the special forces)etc. (I can give you the list. In our picture, the colour of the shoulder straps looks like the colour of the tunic.

M1926 Air Force uniform.

Close-up No.1. Visor cap, shoulder board and collar patch. Is it possible to define branch of service?

M1926 cap.

Close-up No.2: dagger.

M1926 dagger.

Dedication on the backside. Translation, please!

(writing looks strange, like it is done by someone who don't speak/write good in Romanian)

In my opinion its a M1939 uniform and M1939 cap (see image atached).

Close-up. What type of visor cap is it? The visor seems to be covered with fabric!

M1939, I have no idea why its covered in fabric, maybe the owner of the uniform came directly from the front where he used the fabric for camouflage.

What can be said about the uniform girls are wearing?

The man wears a Căpitan's - M1930 summer or gala tunic and M1930 visor cap.
The visor cap emblem, for all three visor caps in the photo is from ”Artillery” - two crossed cannons and above them a flaming grenade.

The girl from left wears a Locotenent's - M???? gala tunic and a M1930 visor cap.

The girl in the middle wears a Sublocotenent's - M1934 Artillery gala tunic and a M1930 visor cap (see image attached).

Yes, I guess you're right!
I took my info from here:

(At the beginning of the war - the war against USSR, 1941 -, the officers wore M1934 uniforms with some changes like shoulder straps instead of epaulettes). But it must be M1939 uniform :30:

Speaking about the girl in aviation uniform... I found the article about the history of Air Force uniformes  I would like to post it somewhere (and try a translation after a while).
Also, I found a few old pictures of uniforms from around 1900 - 1902. I would like to post them too somewhere... On a new thread maybe?

Girl in M1939 uniform being dressed as a Sublocotenent and wearing M1939 helmet without regal insignia.
Am I right and what can be added to description?

You are right, the solder on the left is armed with a MP-41 sub-machine gun http://www.modelguns...ages/mp41s.jpg.
